The wealth disparity now is enormous, and I think a lot of what people are realizing is what's driving that disparity is not people's salaries; it's whether they're investing in financial assets ... The stock market growing is increasing people's wealth in a way that your paycheck or salary or small side hustle can't necessarily do.

I just fundamentally believe that educating people on the way money works, how the economy works, and personal finance in general is probably the number one thing we can do to create a more equitable world. You can do all the philanthropy in the world; I just don't believe that's how you solve the problems. I think it's by giving education to people and teaching them to fish.

Rap is a much more digestible piece of information than someone trying to lecture you on finance. Finance is boring. People don't know about finance because there's a lack of education, but people aren't driven to learn about it because it's boring.
